Founder & CEO, Emmense Leadership

Eric is a Retired U.S. Army Veteran with more than 35 years of leadership experience spanning human resources, employee development, training, and organizational consulting. Throughout his career, he has held executive and management roles across the military, federal government, private sector, and academia, leading people, shaping strategy, and driving mission-focused outcomes.

Known for his belief that people are an organization’s greatest asset, Eric is passionate about developing leaders, transforming teams, and growing organizations through purposeful leadership. His entrepreneurial journey is fueled by a deep commitment to empowering others and building cultures of trust, resilience, and continuous improvement.
