Throughout his career, he has held executive and management roles across the military, federal government, private sector, and academia, leading people, shaping strategy, and driving mission-focused outcomes.

Known for his belief that people are an organization’s greatest asset, Eric is passionate about developing leaders, transforming teams, and growing organizations through purposeful leadership.
