RBLP Certification Prep

Learners who earn the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional certification can build and lead resilient teams in the workplace.
The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three (3) semester hours of credit at the lower-division baccalaureate level in Team Leadership for the RBLP certification exam.
Learners who earn and maintain the RBLP certification may add the RBLP designation after their name and describe themselves as RBLP certified.

RBLP is our core leadership certification for frontline managers that are responsible for directing and coordinating the work of a team or small department. Their focus is on day-to-day operations, managing resources, and ensuring tasks are completed.
Frontline managers are responsible for the morale, teamwork, and motivation of their teams. They strive to create a positive and collaborative environment where team members feel supported, valued, and committed to shared goals.
Aspiring managers with relevant work experience are also eligible for this certification.
To earn the RBLP certification, you must complete instructor-led certification prep training (3 modules) and pass the 1.5-hour oral exam.
During the certification exam, you will be assessed on your knowledge, skills, and experience in the Team Climate, Team Cohesion, and Individual Purpose competency domains.
RBLP Coach Certification Prep

Learners who earn the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Coach (RBLP-C) certification can build and lead resilient teams in the workplace. They can coach teams to solve problems, implement change, continuously improve, and innovate in the workplace.
The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three (3) semester hours of credit at the upper-division baccalaureate level in Managerial Leadership for the RBLP Coach certification exam.
Learners who earn and maintain the RBLP Coach certification may add the RBLP-C designation after their name and describe themselves as RBLP Coach certified.

RBLP-C is our leadership certification for experienced managers that typically oversee project teams or a larger department with multiple teams. As managers gain experience, their role shifts from direct supervision to problem-solving, implementing change, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Experienced managers are responsible for analyzing performance and implementing strategies aligned with broader organizational goals. They encourage reflective practices, promote feedback loops, and implement systems that allow teams to assess their successes and challenges.
To earn the RBLP Coach certification, you must complete instructor-led certification prep training (5 modules) and pass the 2.5-hour oral exam.
During the certification exam, you will be assessed on your knowledge, skills, and experience in the Team Climate, Team Cohesion, Individual Purpose, and Experiential Team Learning competency domains.
RBLP Trainer Certification Prep

Learners who earn the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Trainer (RBLP-T) certification can build and lead resilient teams in the workplace. They can coach teams to solve problems, implement change, continuously improve, and innovate in the workplace. They can help build resilient organizations that are capable of learning and change.
Senior managers that earn the RBLP trainer certification may be specifically authorized to provide certification prep training to others.
The American Council on Education (ACE) recommends three (3) semester hours of credit at the upper-division baccalaureate level in Applied Leadership for the RBLP Trainer certification exam.Learners who earn and maintain the RBLP Trainer certification may add the RBLP-T designation after their name and describe themselves as RBLP Trainer certified.

To earn the RBLP-T certification, you must complete instructor-led certification prep training (7 modules) and pass the 3.5-hour oral exam.
During the certification exam, you will be assessed on your knowledge, skills, and experience in the Team Climate, Team Cohesion, Individual Purpose, Experiential Team Learning, and Organizational Learning competency domains.
Get Certification Prep Training
Emmense Leadership offers certification prep training for individuals and small groups. The prep training is always instructor-led and can be completed in an online classroom!
What to expect…
Certification prep training (oral exam rehearsal) specifically prepares you to sit for one of the RBLP Leadership Certification exams. Courses in Resilience-Building Leadership offered by colleges, universities, and employers are not a substitute for certification prep training.
Prior to meeting with your instructor, review each training module and answer reflection questions about your leader/follower experience.
During your training, the instructor will guide you through a discussion of each leader task to ensure you are well-prepared for your certification exam.
We provide our registered students with passwords to access the training modules.

Step 1: Apply for Certification
Begin by submitting your application directly through the RBLP® Certification portal. This step confirms your eligibility based on your leadership experience, education, and training background.
Step 2: Register for Certification Prep Training
Once approved, enroll in certification prep training with Emmense Leadership. Our prep program equips you with the knowledge and strategies to lead resilient teams effectively.
Step 3: Schedule Your Certification Exam
After completing prep training, you're ready to schedule your certification exam with RBLP.

Veteran Approved
Eligible military personnel and veterans can use their GI Bill benefits to cover the costs of the RBLP, RBLP Coach, and RBLP Trainer certification exam fees, even if they already receive other education benefits.
