To earn the RBLP certification, you must complete instructor-led certification prep training (3 modules) and pass the 1.5-hour oral exam.

During the certification exam, you will be assessed on your knowledge, skills, and experience in the Team Climate, Team Cohesion, and Individual Purpose competency domains.

RBLP-C is our leadership certification for experienced managers that typically oversee project teams or a larger department with multiple teams. As managers gain experience, their role shifts from direct supervision to problem-solving, implementing change, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Experienced managers are responsible for analyzing performance and implementing strategies aligned with broader organizational goals. They encourage reflective practices, promote feedback loops, and implement systems that allow teams to assess their successes and challenges.

To earn the RBLP Coach certification, you must complete instructor-led certification prep training (5 modules) and pass the 2.5-hour oral exam.

During the certification exam, you will be assessed on your knowledge, skills, and experience in the Team Climate, Team Cohesion, Individual Purpose, and Experiential Team Learning competency domains.

RBLP-T is our leadership certification for senior managers that are involved in high-level planning, policy development, and organizational strategy. Their focus extends beyond day-to-day operations to driving long-term growth, aligning departments, and ensuring the organization’s overall vision and goals are met.

Senior managers play a key role in fostering organizational learning by encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. They identify and promote best practices, support professional development programs, and drive initiatives that help the organization adapt to evolving market demands.

To earn the RBLP-T certification, you must complete instructor-led certification prep training (7 modules) and pass the 3.5-hour oral exam.

During the certification exam, you will be assessed on your knowledge, skills, and experience in the Team Climate, Team Cohesion, Individual Purpose, Experiential Team Learning, and Organizational Learning competency domains.
