PM Skills® Simulation: Cuff-It Clothing
In this simulation, you'll act as a project consultant helping a small company quickly assimilate new employees into their operations. The simulation, designed for adult learners with some organizational relationship experience, will ask you to make decisions as you confront common interpersonal problems. Each decision you make will include tradeoffs that will increase satisfaction in some areas but may hinder others—your job will be to select the option that best benefits the organization. As you make your choices, an adaptive scoreboard will reflect the impact of those choices on organizational success. Your goal will be to optimize your score across six organizational factors—change management, communication, conflict management, critical thinking/decision making, leadership, and team development—and use the results of your actions to inform subsequent simulation decisions.
